Website Terms of Use
These terms cover the bridges.net.ua website. Use of the apps themselves is governed by separate licence agreements, linked from each app's page.
1. Who owns this site
Artem Romanchenko, an individual, Ukraine.
"Bridges Community" is the name of the project under which the apps are published. There is no separate legal entity behind it: all rights and obligations under these documents rest with the individual named above.
Contact: bridges@bridges.net.ua.
2. Purpose of the site
The site is informational: it describes the apps, links to them in app stores and hosts the required legal documents. It is not a public offer and does not sell goods or services.
3. Copyright
The texts, design, images and source code of the site belong to the site owner.
You may quote freely from the site with attribution, and you may reproduce the legal documents in full (privacy policies, licence agreements) where an app store, a regulator or a court requires it.
App names, logos and icons identify the site owner's products. They may not be used for third-party products or in any way that suggests an association with Bridges Community.
Google Play, Android, Apple, App Store, Windows and other trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify platforms.
4. Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided "as is". I make an effort to keep the information accurate and current, but I do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or that every detail matches the current version of an app.
Feature descriptions on the site are general; what your installed version actually does takes precedence.
5. External links
The site links to third-party resources (app stores, platform documentation). I neither control nor take responsibility for their content.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site owner is not liable for indirect damages, lost profit or loss of data arising from use of, or inability to use, this site.
7. Prohibited actions
By using the site you agree not to interfere with its operation: no vulnerability scanning, no excessive automated load, no attempts to gain unauthorised access to the server.
8. Changes
These terms may change. The version published on this page is the one in force; the date at the top shows when it was last updated.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are heard by Ukrainian courts, unless mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence provide otherwise.
